OUR MISSION
Summit began as a simple idea - to provide affordable, high-quality gear that could handle the demands of exploring New Zealand’s diverse and often rugged terrain. As outdoor enthusiasts, we grew tired of seeing overpriced options that didn't quite hit the mark in terms of durability or practicality. So, we decided to find our own. Built with the typical Kiwi in mind, our rooftop tents combine comfort, quality, and functionality, all at a price that makes getting out there easier. Whether you're chasing sunsets at the beach or tackling off-road tracks deep in the bush, Summit gear is made to bring you closer to the wild beauty that only New Zealand can provide.
OUR STORY
A group of likeminded individuals are often out exploring the country side - not only within our home region, Hawkes Bay, but also going up to Northland, across to Taranaki, through the central north, down around Wellington & up around East Cape. With trips to the south in the planning stages.We are always searching for new places to explore, tracks to have a crack at & campsites to add to the list, where we can have a few beers & yarn around a campfire.
